Return & Exchange Policy
We are KRIDHA FASHION follow every customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or any issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Please ask for as many questions as you wish to before confirming your order including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. ➡️ 7 Days Replacement Policy.
➡️ You have to inform within 24 hours of delivery.
You must report any issue (defect, size problem, wrong item, etc.) within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. If you don’t inform within this time, the replacement request may not be accepted.
➡️ We will take your exchange request.
After you inform them within 24 hours, the brand will process or accept your exchange/replacement request and arrange the next steps (pickup, exchange, etc.).
➡️ How many days does it take to exchange parcel
Exchange parcel take 15 to 20 working days because in exchange parcel courier service take time to deliver in return origin that why it take 15 to 20 working days.
➡️ When will you send us our new exchange product ?
When we receive your return parcel, then we will dispatch your parcel in next working day.
When Exchange is not accepted?
Exchange - Return not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
Exchange - Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
Exchange - Return not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order.
CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order sorry for that .
Exchange Due to Size Issues
Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please raise an email on Kridhafashion03@gmail.com mentioning order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 7 days once you receive your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis.
Kindly take a note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of your size in your design at that time. Additionally, it will involve INR 200 additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.
In case same product not available we would provide you a store credit of the same amount. Validity of credit voucher issued will be of 60 days.
